Due to further exciting developments and growth we have the following vacancies throughout the Leicester and Coventry City areas:
Team Leaders £19,000 - £24,000 pa - depending on experience (including on-call allowance).
As Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth co-ordination of the day to day management of the service and the leadership, support and supervision of the staff team. You will have at least one years management/supervisory experience and three years experience working with individuals that have complex needs.
Senior Support Workers £16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience (including on-call allowance, plus sleep-in allowance) - Full & Part time hours available.
We are looking for inspirational leaders with a solid care background who can coach a team, manage a workload and lead by example. You will have at least 12 months experience within the care field. Preferably with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders.
Support Workers £12,500 - £15,000 - (plus sleep-in allowance) - Full & Part time hours available.
You will have at least 6 months experience within the care field, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities, and/or autistic spectrum disorders.
Casual support staff - £7.17 per hour - ( depending on experience).
Hours to suit and induction/training provided and paid for.
