Services We Provide
A combination of local knowledge and experience of models of "good practice" at a national level has inspired the development of a range of services and individual packages of support that have been acknowledged to be cost effective, innovative and creative in both their design and delivery.
The nature of services provided by Accredo Support & Development Ltd is as diverse as the individuals we support. They include:
- Supported Living – supporting people in their own homes, enabling them to manage their tenancies and all aspects of daily living.
- Alternative day services – for many people existing services do not meet their needs and are not individual enough (especially for those with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder), so we can tailor a package that is flexible and is inclusive in the community. This involves supporting people in home, at college or in the work place.
- Outreach and transition support – offering support at times of change in people´s lives i.e. from leaving school and entering adult services. Also offering outreach support if moving from one setting to another (i.e. from hospital, home or hostel).
